Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return or refund requests under the following conditions:

  • Products are damaged in transit

  • Wrong items were delivered

  • Products are defective upon arrival

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
 

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or bulk B2B orders

  • Perishable goods (e.g., spices, food items)

  • Digital services or downloadable materials
     

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • It may take 7–14 working days to reflect in your account

  • For international buyers, shipping costs are non-refundable
     

4. How to Request a Return

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (in case of damage)
